About Lily
Lily Knight is a multifaceted artist from Texas and New Mexico, based on Long Island New York. She is a renaissance performer who enjoys pushing the boundaries of creativity. She first discovered her love for performance as a child doing ballet, this love was amplified tenfold by her first professional role as Columbia in The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Since then, Lily has gone on to receive her Musical Theatre BFA degree from Long Island University- Post.
There she studied many different vocal, acting, and dancing techniques, drawing much of her practice from the Suzuki method. In high school and college, Lily found her love of avant-garde, weird, and thought-provoking theatre. In addition to performing arts, Lily also has a passion for Dramaturgy, most recently working on Vincent: A New Musical by Matt DeMaria.
Her other artistic interests range from painting to poetry and anything in between. Lily strives to bring nuance, fire, and vulnerability to every part of her work.
